Never tried cannabis products? Why you need to try CBD Topicals and Creams

By now most people heard of CBD products. Some still conflate CBD (cannabidiol) with THC products since they are both derived from cannabis plants. However, hemp derived CBD is legal as long as the dry weight is below 0.3% THC. A number of people that can benefit from CBD products avoid them because they have never tried cannabis products and they want to avoid anything related to THC for fear of either getting intoxicated, failing a drug screening at work, or personal preference.

According to an Arthritis Foundation survey of more than 2,600 arthritis patients 79% reported using CBD, 67% reported improvements in physical function, and of those surveyed 55% use a topical CBD product. Equipped with this data, in 2019 the Arthritis Foundation provided guidance on CBD usage suggesting starting out with low dose CBD topicals or creams and then gradually adjusting based off of results.

CBD Cream Benefits

CBD creams and other topicals are a great starting point for anyone considering CBD products to supplement their pain relief regimen for a few reasons. Taken orally or applied topically CBD provides anti-inflammatory properties. However, applying CBD cream or lotion to a specific area will give localized treatment and pain relief, whereas CBD oil will provide general pain relief. Also, many CBD topicals do not have THC and are either isolate or broad spectrum products. Our CBD topicals including our 1500mg CBD roll on are CBD isolate products. Although they are CBD isolate products and some will point out that you will miss what is known as the “entourage effect” you will still benefit from synergy.

CBD Topical Synergy

Synergy is a concept that centers around an idea that substances, agents, or organizations produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects. In the case of CBD topicals or creams this can mean other ingredients besides CBD that are contained within the cream. Other effective ingredients can include menthol, camphor, lidocaine, and arnica along with other bases ingredients and active ingredients. These active ingredients work synergistically with CBD to provide a localized treatment for pain and inflammation. Our products have robust ingredients that work with CBD to provide effective products. Our CBD roll ons contain either 500 or 1500mg or CBD Menthol, Camphor, Boswellia Serrate Extract, Ilex Paraguariensis Leaf Extract, and Uncaria Tomentosa Extract. All ingredients are purposefully included to provide a safe and effective roll on topical that works. Our 2000mg CBD cream contains Menthol, Arnica, Organic White Willow Bark, Rosa Damascena that work in synergy to provide effective pain relief along with Aloe Leaf Juice, Organic Shea Butter, and Mango Seed Butter to help heal and nourish the skin. All of our topicals are built to provide the safest and most effective ingredients to treat pain.
